Refund Policy

At Conrad Consulting, we take pride in providing high-quality administrative, bookkeeping, and process improvement services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, refunds are generally not available once services have commenced. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with the experience, so we handle each situation with fairness and care.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before any work has started may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a project or service, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We’ll review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a revision, credit toward future services, or a partial refund.

Retainer or Ongoing Services

For clients on monthly or ongoing support packages, services may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Work already completed or in progress will be billed accordingly.
